RITMO! proudly presents an electrifying and immersive Cuban-themed entertainment experience. This unforgettable event will showcase a vibrant blend of live music, interactive performances, and captivating cultural elements, all designed to create an atmosphere of high-energy celebration and sophisticated fun.

ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM

1. Welcome Cocktail Hour – Live Music Duo (Foyer)
The evening begins with the warm sounds of two professional musicians performing live Latin instrumental music in the foyer. This sets the perfect ambiance as guests arrive and mingle.

2. Main Ballroom – Feature Performance
As the event transitions into the ballroom, guests will be welcomed by the full RITMO! Caliente del Caribe Band & Dancers, performing sizzling Cuban-inspired Latin dance music. Dressed in dazzling show costumes, our dancers and musicians will immediately energize the room, delivering an entertainment experience reminiscent of a glamorous "Copa Cabana" night in Havana.

Guests will be drawn into the celebration through interactive elements including:

• Salsa Dance Demonstrations & Mini-Lessons
  Our professional salsa dancers will engage guests with short, fun lessons and performances, ensuring everyone feels part of the experience.

• Meet & Greet with Strolling Conga Showgirls
  Our glamorous Conga Showgirls will mingle with guests, pose for photos, and join the stage performances, adding sparkle and charm to the evening.

• Live Conga Drum Station
  Various beautifully arranged Conga Drum Stations will be available as both a tropical-themed décor element and as an interactive experience. Guests are invited to play the drums or simply enjoy the vibrant displays.

Take your celebration to the next level with our signature Cuban Hora Loca experience. This high-energy segment features:

• A full cast of professional dancers, musicians, and entertainers

• A live Cuban conga comparsa-style parade that moves through the ballroom

• Interactive drumming, dancing, and crowd engagement

• A festive, carnival-style finale that will leave guests talking long after the event ends

Whether it’s a conga line snaking through the dance floor or spontaneous salsa dancing erupting in every corner, the Cuban Hora Loca delivers an unforgettable grand finale to your event.

1. RITMO! Caliente del Caribe Band

• Performance Fee: $--- (5-piece band)

• Cocktail Hour: Two musicians from the band will perform live in the foyer during the cocktail reception.

• Main Performance (Ballroom):

  • Performance Time: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Format: Three sets with two brief intermissions

    • Set 1: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    • Set 2: 9:20 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Set 3: 10:20 PM – 11:00 PM

2. Professional Sound System

• Fee: $----

• Includes a full pro-audio setup tailored for a live 5-piece Latin band.

Interactive Enhancements

3. Conga Drum Station

• Fee: $---

• Includes three decorative conga drums, artistically arranged as both interactive entertainment and tropical-themed décor. Guests are welcome to engage with the drums at their leisure.

4. Strolling Conga Showgirls

• Fee: $--- per performer

• Glamorous showgirls will greet guests, dance on stage with the band, and be featured during the Hora Loca.

• Appearance Window: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

5. Salsa Dancers

• Fee: Included in Hora Loca

• Professional salsa dancers will engage guests with meet & greets, short dance demonstrations, and participation during the Hora Loca.

• Appearance Window: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

6. Cuban-Themed Hora Loca Experience

• Fee: $----

• Time Slot: 9:20 PM – 10:00 PM

• An energetic interactive segment featuring musicians, dancers, drummers, and entertainers—transforming your event into an authentic Cuban-style celebration.

Technical & Venue Requirements

Client Agrees to Provide the Following:

• Complimentary parking passes for all entertainers and technical crew

• A private changing/rest room near the main ballroom for entertainers, equipped with:

  • Minimum: 1–2 banquet tables and 10 chairs

  • Bottled drinking water

• Electrical Requirements for Band Setup:

  • Four (4) dedicated 20-amp / 110-volt circuits

  • Multiple quad-box outlets positioned near the stage area

• Minimum Stage Size:

  • 16 ft. (L) x 16 ft. (W) – suitable for 5-piece band instrumentation
