  • Miami's Allapattah Could Get a New Entertainment District
    A proposed approximately 12-acre entertainment district could bring expanded nightlife, outdoor dining and late-night hospitality activity to Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood. The zoning proposal would allow outdoor dining and alcohol service as late as 5 a.m., potentially creating new opportunities for restaurants, bars, entertainment concepts and live-event operators.   • National Hotel Brand Brings Its 2026 Conference to Hollywood, Florida

    Construction has begun on the new Mandarin Oriental development on Brickell Key following more than $1.7 billion in residential presales. The two-tower project will include a 121-room Mandarin Oriental hotel, luxury residences, spa facilities, pools, social lounges and waterfront dining, adding another high-end hospitality destination to Miami’s growing luxury market.
