8:00 PM – 9:30 PM | Dinner & Show – Ballroom

• Doors to the main ballroom open.

• Guests are seated for a buffet-style dinner.

• As everyone settles in, the RITMO!CITY DJ & live percussionists crank up the heat with a show-stopping opening number featuring Conga Showgirls and Latin rhythms.

• After the performance, the music transitions to an upbeat but ambient Latin groove, maintaining the Havana Nights dinner atmosphere.

• Guests enjoy dining, conversation, and festive tropical décor.

9:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Hora Loca: The Ultimate Conga Party

• Lights dim and the tempo rises—the Hora Loca begins!

• The Conga Showgirls make a high-energy entrance, weaving through the tables.

• Guests are invited to join the conga line, dancing through the room as the energy builds.

• The line grows and winds its way to the dance floor.

• Everyone erupts in celebration as “Conga” by Gloria Estefan hits the speakers, igniting a full-on dance explosion led by the Showgirls and drummers.

• Percussion instruments are handed out to guests who want to jam along with the beat.

10:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Dessert, Café Cubano & Dancing

• Dessert buffet opens featuring tropical sweets and party favorites.

• A Conga Showgirl hostess circulates with a tray of Cuban cigars (for designated smoking area), mini desserts, and cafecito Cuban espresso shots.
